Become a “GURU” for just $1.00 – Honestly!

I’m up at my camper for the weekend and it started raining so I hopped in the Jeep and headed out to this little hole in the wall discount grocery store around here for something to do.
I love this little store because they always have a large variety of strange foods, snacks and drinks that you never see in a regular grocery store.
While my son was browsing the large selection of energy drinks they had in stock he asked me, “dad, what’s a guru”?
I did a double take and said, where did you hear that term, that’s something someone is called when they are the best at what they do, the all knowing one.
I then asked him where he heard the word and lo and behold, he handed me a 10 oz can of “Guru”.

While waiting to check out I had visions of the cashier trying to up sell me on a 12-pack of the stuff, or an auto-ship of some sort
It was warm so I had to put it into the fridge when we got back to the camper, but I plan on cracking that baby after dinner and becoming an instant “Guru”

You got me with the title of this post. He he. Anyway, I would never want to be an internet guru and neither drink the guru drink. I’m an organic eating, drinking… staying away from soda, energy drinks, kind of person. Enjoyed this post anyway.
